About Summit Studios
Summit Studios designs Android climbing and route-finding games about reading a rock face and choosing the next hold.
The company
Summit Studios is the trading name of THE SUMMIT STUDIOS LTD, incorporated in England. The company designs climbing games for Android.
Why climbing
Climbing is a puzzle you solve with your body. On a phone, that becomes a puzzle about balance, reach and patience, which suits short, focused sessions.
How we design a route
Routes begin on squared paper. We mark holds, rests and the crux, then play the line with a pencil before any art exists. If the pencil version is dull, the route is redrawn.
Publishing
When a climb is ready, it goes to Google Play together with a privacy page written for that specific build.
